The bill (Reg. No. 2772) suggests amending the existing law in order to bring it in line with international standards in regard to violation and holding of anti-subsidiary investigations and application of the respective countervailing measures and refinement of the procedure of holding anti-subsidiary investigations.
People’s deputies believe that adoption of the bill will allow Ukraine use countervailing measures as an adequate level of protection of inner market from unfair trade practice, as well as introduce in Ukraine international standards regarding the procedure of holding anti-subsidiary investigation and application of countervailing measures.
